Contraband Sports 7099 Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Replacement Lever is made of a common grade 304 stainless steel which has a minimum of 50% iron, 18% chromium and 8% nickel, combined with a maximum of 0.08% carbon. Grade 304 is the standard 18/8 stainless steel that is common to pans and tools used for cooking.
